Having put out an impressive performance this season with eight victories, two draws, and only three losses on the road, the Sky Blue Stars are geared up for an away fixture that promises to test their resilience, Footballrover reports.

Coach Ogunmodede emphasised the daunting nature of the Kano crowd, comparing it to past experiences in Gombe and Morocco, expressing both respect and readiness for the forthcoming clash.

In an interview with the team’s media ahead of their fixture at the General Sani Abacha Stadium on Sunday, the coach said,

Kano is a tough ground for the crowd. The last time I witnessed such a crowd was in Gombe and Morocco.”

Despite acknowledging the pressure, the coach assured fans of the Remo Stars that his team thrives under such circumstances and is diligently preparing to leverage the positive energy from the challenging environment.

“We love the pressure, and we are going to embrace it and get the positive out of it,” Coach Ogunmodede affirmed.

Currently leading the Nigeria Premier Football League table with 23 points, Coach Daniel and his boys are determined to maintain their top position by securing another crucial victory in this anticipated showdown.

A tough test awaits the league leaders against a side that’s yet to taste a home defeat this season.
