Speaking ahead of the match, coach Dan acknowledged the expected hostile atmosphere both on and off the pitch in Morocco, Footballrover reports.

He claimed that his team is aware of the daunting task ahead, given AS FAR’s reputation for aggressive play and hostile home crowds.

The Nigerian side, who secured a narrow win in the first leg, will be looking to secure a place in the next round of the prestigious African competition, and Coach Dan is confident in his team’s ability to handle any challenge that might come their way.

First, I’ll like to talk about what we expect from them. We expect a lot of hostility that they are used to both on and off the pitch, their antics; we are ready for that. We’ll be so prepared for it as much as we can,” the coach said.

Remo Stars began their CAF Champions League campaign with a victory over AS FAR in the first leg of the preliminary round.
The Nigerian team won 2-1 at home, surprising the Moroccan giants.

Despite the win, Remo Stars’ coach, Dan Ijabal, was not satisfied with his team’s performance and expressed concerns about their finishing.

He hopes they will improve their attacking play before the second leg.

However, while speaking on what to expect from his team, the coach indicated that his team would focus on improving their attack and finishing.

He stressed that they are not planning to sit back and watch their host press their neck.

Daniel Ogunmodede mentioned that his team will approach each moment of the game as it comes, defending when necessary, attacking when required, and maintaining possession when needed.

The second leg is scheduled for Sunday in Morocco, and many Nigerians will be hoping that Remo Stars will emerge victorious.

Or do you think AS FAR’s home advantage will prove too much to handle?
