Real Madrid 0-4 Barcelona was the final result as the Xavi Hernandez side halted a three-year El Clasico winless streak to secure all three points at the Bernabeu on Sunday night, courtesy of a brace from Aubameyang.
Los Blancos’ demise was orchestrated by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who scored two goals and added an assist in the game.
The Gabonese took the lead with a close-range header, and Ronald Araujo added a second in the first half, with both assists coming from Ousmane Dembele.

Aubameyang’s backheel was finished by Ferran Torres early in the second half, before the former Arsenal man placed the cherry on top with a nice strike that was confirmed by VAR after being earlier chalked out for offside.
Xavi’s first journey to the Bernabeu as a manager went off without a hitch, with an overwhelming victory over the LaLiga leaders.
