Rafiu Durosinmi’s brace powers Plzen’s comeback
Plzen came into the match trailing 1-0 from the first leg but wasted no time in asserting their dominance.
It took just 27 minutes for Rafiu Durosinmi to break the deadlock. The 22-year-old capitalised on a defensive rebound, slotting the ball into an unguarded net to give the hosts an early lead.
Eight minutes later, Matej Vydra found Pavel Sulc with a precise through ball. Sulc kept his composure inside the box, rifling a shot into the top corner to double Plzen’s advantage.
With momentum fully on their side, Plzen pressed for more. In the 39th minute, Sulc turned provider again, threading a perfect pass into the penalty area.
Durosinmi seized the opportunity, firing a clinical strike past the goalkeeper to complete his brace and put the tie beyond doubt.

This marks back-to-back braces for Rafiu Durosinmi, bringing his tally to four goals in two games for Viktoria Plzen.
