Etihad Stadium, the iconic home of Manchester City, has earned a new benchmark as the destination for goal-scoring feats in the Premier League with a record-breaking 30 hat-tricks scored on its turf.
The stadium has become synonymous with thrilling matches and exceptional individual performances, as Man City forward Erling Haaland stole the show on Saturday, scoring a first-half hat-trick against Wolves in a 5-1 Premier League win, Footballrover reports.
But the Norwegian’s impressive performance also helped Etihad Stadium make history, becoming the venue with the most Premier League hat-tricks (30).
Haaland’s treble, which included two penalties and a header, was his second first-half hat-trick in the Premier League, matching Andrew Cole and Michael Owen’s achievements.

As the season enters its final stretch, Haaland’s threat in front of goal will be vital for the Pep Guardiola side in their pursuit of yet another Premier League title over rivals Arsenal.
With fixtures against Fulham, Tottenham, and West Ham remaining, City will be looking to overtake Mikel Arteta and his army to secure the title.
Meanwhile, City will also be facing their bitter rivals, Manchester United, in the FA Cup final on May 25, with the chance of grabbing a domestic double.
