Portugal go into the World Cup with a win under their belt.

There is no doubt that the Super Eagles showed too much respect to their opponents throughout the duration of the game.

It’s still a mystery how the team managed to concede only two goals in the first half with the Portuguese conceding six corners (three in each half of the game) to the Super Eagles.
