Rivers United FC, Port Harcourt, lost 1-2 to Bendel Insurance FC at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City.
Chisom Okereke and Divine Nwachukwu scored for Bendel Insurance in the 24th and 55th minutes, respectively.
Shedrack Asiegbu managed to reduce the deficit to 1-2 in the 90th minute.
Enyimba International FC vs. Bayelsa United FC
Enyimba International FC, Aba, Abia State, drew 1-1 with Bayelsa United FC, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
Alade Balogun put Enyimba ahead in the 20th minute, but Ekeson Okorie equalised for Bayelsa United in the 35th minute.

Remo Stars vs. Heartland FC
Remo Stars secured a convincing 4-1 victory over Heartland FC, Owerri, Imo State, at Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne, Ogun State.
Stanley Joseph scored twice, in the 14th and 69th minutes.
Franck Elie Kwame Mawuena and Jide Fatokun added goals in the 38th minute and fifth minute of extra time, respectively.
