The Nigerian Midfielder Michelle Alozie returned to her United States of America National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) side, the Houston Dash, with a bang.

The Super Falcons World Cup hero rescued a point for Houston Dash after scoring a brilliant goal against KC Current in the NWSL round of 16 game played over the weekend.

Kansas City Current were leading with a goal before Alozie equalised with a wonderful solo drive from outside the eighteen-yard box.

Both goals came in the second half, with Lo’eau LaBonta handing the visitors the lead just six minutes after the interval, before the 26-year-old Nigerian made sure it ended 1-1 with her 67th-minute stunner at the Shell Energy Stadium.
