Following their comfortable away victory at Nottingham Forest, fans of Man United have been singing praises and celebrating their superstar, Bruno Fernandes.

After ninety-minute period of game play at the City Ground, goals from Antony and Dalot earned the Erik Ten Hag men a comfortable 2-0 victory over Forest.

However, Bruno Fernandes’ outstanding performance against the relegation-threatened team particularly delighted United fans more.

The first-half goal was scored by Brazilian winger, Antony, who reacted quickly to Martial’s save attempt by poking in from close range.

The Red Devil’s winger also contributed to the second goal when he provided Dalot with a diagonal pass, and he blasted home past Navas for his first Premier League goal.

At the other end, Awoniyi and Felipe also had scoring opportunities for Forest, but failed to capitalise on it, and they were eventually outclassed in the middle by Eriksen’s intelligence and Fernandes’ vigor.

On social media, Bruno Fernandes was chosen by Man United supporters as the game’s standout performer after the match, and he came close to grabbing man-of-the-match honor.

In 29 games for United this season, the 28-year-old has contributed five goals and six assists and according to United fans, he has been at his most creative form after being recently played in a somewhat deeper midfield position.

Against Forest, he returned to a more advanced position, and he triggered a ton of headaches for the home team’s defense.

With their victory on Sunday, United moved up to third position and now lead Tottenham, who are in fifth, by six points.

Forest, however, has lost the last 10 games and has missed the opportunity to climb out of the danger zone of relegation..

While Bruno Fernandes and his teammates must now recover in time for their vital Europa League quarterfinal second leg against Sevilla in Spain on Thursday, Forest will face an uphill battle versus Liverpool away in the Premier League on Saturday.
