Man City are back to winning ways in the Premier Leagues after a 2-0 win over Brentford at the Etihad stadium on Wednesday night.
City grabbed the lead in the first half after Sterling was tripped by Rasmussen inside the box, Mahrez stepped up and curled in the ball with stunning spot-kick.
The Pep Guardiola side took charge of the second half as well, and they were rewarded for their efforts.
De Bruyne was on hand to smash the rebound after Raya whipped a clearance at Sterling and saved his attempt.

Rodri came close to putting the game away with a long-range effort, but Raya thwarted his effort.
Man City have now gone 14 games without losing in the Premier League and are 12 points clear of Liverpool at the top, at least until the Reds face Leicester City.
PEP 💬 They are so difficult to attack. Aggressive, high pressing, we build up they drop and defend so deep.
Be patient, make no mistakes and in the end we got the result.#ManCity pic.twitter.com/sw9sSZ72aS

They will go to Norwich City next. Brentford have lost their previous five league games in a row, and they’ll be looking to change that this weekend when they play Crystal Palace.
