Madagascar cruise to semi-final of African football championship in Algeria

Madagascar took the third semi-final ticket of the African Football Championship taking place in Algeria after demolishing Mozambique 3-1.Madagascar cruise to semi-final of African football championship in Algeria

In the third quarter finals of the Championship played at Stadium Mohammed Hamlaoui, Constantine, Salmon Raza opened the flood gates of goals for Madagascar in 18th minutes of the first half after receiving a telegraphic pass from Tantely Randrianiaina.

Madagascar remained undaunted and made 6 (six) attempts at goal in the first half of the match with Olivier Tokinantenaina converting one in 59th minutes, but was ruled off by Centre Referee after on field review.

Marcio Ravelomanantsoa scored what looked like the goal of the tournament for Madagascar to increase the tally to 3-0 in the 87th minutes of the second half of the match.

Before Isaac scored a late face saving goal for Mozambique in the fourth minute of second half extra time.
