Lameck Banda scored a brace in quick successions against Crocodile of Lesotho to take Chipolopolo of Zambia to the zenith of Africa Cup Of Nations Qualifying Group H.

In the third round match, played at Mwanawasa Stadium in Zambia, Lameck scored the brace in 53rd, and 57th minutes of the second half for Zambia’s second, and third goals of the match.

Few minutes after receiving a warning from the Center Referee, Tshwarelo Bereng gave Lesotho the lead in the 33rd minute of the first half before Fashion Sakala drew Zambia level in the 37th minute of the half.

The convincing home win against Lesotho earned Chipolopolo of Zambia 6 points after three rounds of matches.

Ivory Coast is second with 4 points after two matches, while Comoro Island is third after two matches.

Lesotho has just one point after three matches. The second Group E match between Ghana and Angola ended 1-0 in favor of the Black Stars of Ghana.

Antoine Semenyo waited till the fifth minute of second half extra time to score the crucial goal for the host.

Ghana is currently topping the group with 7 points after three rounds of matches.

Angola is second with 4 points after three matches, while the Central African Republic is third on the log with 4 points after three matches.

Madagascar is last in the group with a point after three matches. In Group G, South Sudan shocked the host, Congo Republic, with a 2-1 away win.

South Sudan took the lead in the 66th minute through Choi Daniel after a goalless first half.

Thievy Bifouma drew Congo Republic level at the death (90th minute).

Tito Okello scored the winning goal for the visitors in the fifth minute of second half extra time to give South Sudan the first maximum points in the group.

Mali leads Group G with 6 points after two matches.

Gambia is second on the log with 3 points after two matches, while South Sudan is third with 3 points after three matches.

Congo Republic is in the rear with 3 points after three matches.
