Super Eagles star John Ogu is making headlines again as he prepares for a stunning NPFL comeback with Rivers United.

The 37-year-old last played for Israeli side Maccabi Jaffa but is best known for his time at Hapoel Be’er Sheva, where he notched 13 goals in 151 matches.

From his early days at Akwa Starlets to stints in Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, and Saudi Arabia, Ogu’s rich journey shows why the Garden City side believe he can guide them to continental glory.
