The Nigerian football sensation is on fire in the Italian Women’s League, leading Juventus Women to a decisive 2-0 victory over Inter Milan with her two goals, Footballrover reports.

Two first-half goals from the brilliant midfielder were all the Juventus women needed to cruise to victory over their hosts at the Arena Civica Gianni Brera.

The 22-year-old midfielder wasted no time in firing her team ahead with just 7 minutes on the clock before doubling the lead seven minutes later.

Her clinical finishing proved unstoppable, securing all three points for the visiting Juventus side.

This dominant performance adds to Echegini’s impressive tally of four goals in just six matches for her new club.

Recall that she played a crucial role in previous matches, registering her first goal for Juventus in their 1-0 Serie A Women’s League win over Sassuolo as a super sub.

She went on to rescue Juventus from defeat against Fiorentina with a last-minute equaliser that secured a 2-2 draw.

Echegini’s journey to Italian football began with a two-and-a-half-year deal after a stellar season with the Florida State Seminoles in the United States, where she ended 2023 with a phenomenal 16 goals.

With her current momentum, a similar feat at Juventus seems increasingly likely.
