Japan recorded another upset today at the ongoing 2022 Qatar World Cup when it defeated football Powerful house, and Group E opponent, Germany 2-1 to claim maximum points in the group.
It was the Group E, Round 1, opening match , which took place at Khalifa International Stadium, Doha, Qatar.

In the end, the Japanese National Football Team triumphed with their pattern of play.
German, and Manchester United Midfielder, IIkay Gundogan converted a Penalty kick in 33rd minute of the first half of the match to give the Germans early lead.
Japanese Goalkeeper, Shuichi Honda, muscled a German attacker to commit the foul that resulted to the Penalty awarded to the German National Side by Referee, Ivan Arcides Baton Cisneros.
The referee later disallowed Kai Havertz goal scored in the 3rd minute of first half extra time.
Ritsu Doan equalized for Japan in the 75 minute of the second half, while Takuma Asauo scored the second and winning goal for the Japanese National Side with an assist from Ko Itakura, in the 83rd minute of the second half.
