Watford has finalized the signing of Nigerian winger Samuel Kalu from Bordeaux in the Premier League.
He joins the Hornets for a cost of around £3 million on a three-year deal that will keep him at the club until 2025.
Kalu joins Vicarage Road following three and a half years with Ligue 1 side – Bordeaux, where he made 86 appearances and scoring just nine goals.

The 24-year-old has 17 Nigerian caps and has only managed to score twice for the Super Eagles.

Kalu joins full-back Hassane Kamara, central defender Samir, and midfielder Edo Kayembe at Vicarage Road as Watford’s fourth new signing of the January window.
At Watford, he’ll wear jersey number 28.
