James Maddison and Ricardo Pereira were both on target as the Foxes completed a dramatic comeback victory to advance to their first-ever European semi-final.

The Dutch side got off to a good start, with Kasper Schmeichel turning over Mario Gotze’s volley in the 14th minute.

Following that, the Foxes had a great chance to take the lead in the first half. Harvey Barnes was freed by Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho, but the 24-year-old English man side-footed wide of Yvon Mvogo’s left-hand post.

That miss was followed by a period of domination by PSV, which culminated in the opening goal.

Tielemans failed to notice Gotze hovering as he attempted a basic pass to Jonny Evans. The German found Zahavi, whose angled shot was deflected beyond Schmeichel by a little deflection off Evans.

With a crucial second half ahead, Ademola Lookman and Patson Daka were brought on to replace Albrighton and Barnes at halftime.

They were both involved in City’s next attack almost immediately, however Daka was dispossessed in the PSV box during the build-up.

The visitors trailed at halftime after a goalless first leg and squandered chances until James Maddison equalized with 13 minutes remaining and Pereira scored in the 88th minute to seal the victory for the visitors.Iheanacho, Lookman star as Leicester City beat PSV, book UECL Semifinals spot

In the UEFA Conference League Quarterfinals, second Leg, Kelechi Iheanacho played 65 minutes and created three chances, while Ademola Lookman came on as a second half substitute and created two chances as well.

“That was an unbelievable second half. You’ve got to give Brendan Rodgers so much credit; the substitutes made such an impact. There are big moments in games, and after James Maddison made it 1-1 there was only ever going to be one winner.” – Iwan Roberts
“The pre-match talk from Brendan Rodgers would have focused on making history – and they have done that! Leicester had that edge in the general flow of the game, they deserved to go through.” – Matt Elliott added.

The champions of this competition will be eligible to compete in the Europa League the following season.
