Sadio Mane then added a late double with close-range finishes, while Virgil van Dijk completed the rout with a strong header in stoppage time.

Liverpool had a golden chance to cut the gap on Manchester City at the top of the Premier League to three points, and Jurgen Klopp’s side didn’t disappoint.
