At the 62′ mark of the second half, Chukwudi Nwaodu gave the Flying Antelopes a 3-1 lead.
In the 83rd minute of the second half, Rangers International star Kenechukwu Augustine scored the fourth goal, adding the cherry on top for Coal City club.
After 17 league games and a convincing 4-1 victory at home, the Enugu-based team now sit in ninth place with 25 points, while Gombe United FC is in 14th place with 20 points after 18 league games.
In another NPFL clash, Plateau United of Jos defeated Enyimba International FC of Aba, at home by a single goal, propelling them to third place in the NPFL standings.
After 18 league games, Plateau United of Jos currently has 31 points, while Enyimba International FC of Aba is in fifth place with 29 points after 16 league games.
