The 27-year-old forward opened the scoring just 18 minutes into the reverse fixture, stunning the home team and their fans.

Three minutes after Chinedu’s breakthrough, Ousmane Camara doubled the advantage for Astana, who never looked back.
Although Chinedu was substituted in the 62nd minute for Ramazan Karimov, his early impact was more than enough.
