Former Chelsea star Willian has officially made a return back to the Premier League with Fulham on a free transfer.
The former Arsenal and Brazil midfielder has been featuring for Corinthians before Fulham announced on Thursday that they had signed him.
the 34-year-old terminated his contract with the Brazilian team after he took to social media to reveal that he and his family had receiving lots of death threats.
Before returning to his first club – Corinthians in his own country, his contract with the Arsenal was also cancelled since he failed to create an impression and its barely a year.
The former Brazil international, who left the Gunners and joined Corinthians in his native country last year, has been eager to make his return back to the Premier League.
William completed medical tests in London on Tuesday morning and signed the new contract right away on a one year deal as new Fulham player.
During his seven-year stay at Chelsea, Willian won five trophies, including two Premier League trophies and in 2020, he signed a three-year contract to join Arsenal.

After making his debut for Brazil in 2011, Willian became a regular, however he stopped representing for his nation in 2019, and he is now Fulham’s seventh addition since their promotion back to EPL.
Willian follows Kurzawa and Bamba Dieng whoβre also joining the club as their new stars.
