10-man Everton rallied from a goal behind to earn an important point against 10-man Tottenham during their Premier League game at Goodison Park on Monday night.
For just under an hour, the game was played quite evenly before a sudden fit of frenzy took control of the encounter.
David Coote, the referee for the English Premier League round 29 match between Everton and Tottenham Hotspur, had his hands full at Goodison Park, Liverpool, England.

David Coote issued two red cards to Everton’s Abdoulaye Doucoure in the 58th minute of the match for violent conduct, and Tottenham’s Lucas Moura in the 88th minute of the second half of the match.
Doucoure had earlier had an altercation with Harry Kane over inappropriate tackles, while Lucas Moura replaced Heung-min Son in the 82nd minute of the second half of the match.
Ten minutes after Abdoulaye Doucoure’s red card, England international marksman Harry Kane found the net for Tottenham Hotspur’s only goal of the match in the 68th minute of the second half.
Two minutes after Lucas Moura’s red card, Michael Keane equalized for Everton with a telegraphic pass from Ben Godfrey in the 90th minute of the second half.

The Super Eagles’ playmaker, Alex Iwobi, was in action for Everton throughout the duration of the match.
The 1-1 away draw leaves Tottenham Hotspur in the top four spots with 50 points after 29 matches in the English Premier League Table.
Everton are in 15th position with 27 points after 29 rounds of matches.
Spurs have now wasted a lead for the second time in a row, but the draw is sufficient to move them past Manchester United and into fourth place.
