Chelsea star – Christian Pulisic on Tuesday night inspired his national team – United States of America to the knockout stage of 2022 FIFA World Cup at the Al Thumama Stadium.

The Chelsea playmaker, Christian Pulisic scored the only goal of the encounter to send the Americans to the Knockout Stage of Qatar 2022 World Cup.

Iran fought the USA with everything they had, but the Americans successfully outclassed them and earned the victory.

They were very dominant in the opening period, and Christian Pulisic scored their lone goal in the 38th minute.

However, the Chelsea star man got injured while scoring his goal, made it back on the pitch but was subbed off at halftime.

Rezaeian in particular displayed a lot of skill on the right side during the second half as Iran appeared to be a much superior team, but they failed utterly to get a shot past Turner.

With the victory, the USA comes second in Group B and joins England in advancing to the round of 16.

While Iran’s campaign is officially over and they will not be moving on to the next round of the World Cup for the sixth time, the United States will play Group A champions, the Netherlands.

Wales and Iran both lost their last group matches and were eliminated from the international football championship.
