Meanwhile, Alex Iwobi, although on the pitch for 84 minutes, managed to create four scoring opportunities, contributing significantly to Fulham’s stunning win at Craven Cottage.

WSG Tirol seemed destined for victory with Nik Prelec’s goal in the 60th minute, but Thierno Ballo’s last-minute equaliser salvaged a point for his team in a thrilling encounter.
Shifting focus to the French Ligue 1, Moses Simon’s commendable efforts couldn’t rescue Nantes from a home defeat against Strasbourg. 
Despite creating three crucial chances during his 90 minutes on the field, Strasbourg emerged victorious with a 3-1 win, courtesy of goals from Gameiro and a brace from Emegha.
