Barcelona extended their unbeaten record with a 4-1 victory over Valencia in their La Liga game at the Mestalla Stadium on Sunday evening, thanks to a brace from Aubameyang.
In the first half, Aubameyang delivered his first LaLiga goals and also netting a brace, while Frenkie de Jong’s tap-in put Barcelona 3-0 up at the break.
Valencia, however had two goals ruled out in the first half, one for offside and the other for the ball straying out in the build-up.
With a diving header, Soler drew one back, but Pedri’s stunning curving strike put the game out of reach for the visitors.
