Anam Imo has officially opened her goal account for the season, scoring in her second appearance as Rosengard battled to a dramatic 4-goal thriller against Hammarby in the Swedish Damallsvenskan.

Despite netting the opener, the 24-year-old Super Falcons star saw Rosengard surrender a 2-goal advantage, eventually settling for a 2-2 draw at the Malmö Idrottsplats on Tuesday evening, Footballrover reports.
Rosengard Start Strong, Hammarby Hit Back
While Imo made headlines for her clinical finish, compatriot Halimatu Ayinde (OON) also featured for the full 90 minutes, providing stability in midfield.

The hosts and their visitors produced a breathless contest, with all the drama unfolding in a frantic 22-minute spell spanning both halves.
Imo’s composed strike in the 28th minute put the hosts ahead, before Thea Sorbo doubled the lead just before the break, leaving home team seemingly in control at 2-0.
However, Hammarby’s super-subs turned the tide. Vilde Hasund scored within a minute of coming on in the 47th minute, and Vilma Koivisto equalised just three minutes later to make it 2-2.

The game remained end-to-end after the equaliser, but neither side could find the decisive winner.

They now turn their focus to their next fixture against Kristianstad Women on Saturday, aiming to bounce back from the setback.
