Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi was the undisputed king of the pitch as Fulham rounded off their pre-season campaign with a stylish 2-0 win over Hoffenheim in Germany.
With over 9,000 fans packing the stands of the PreZero Arena, the Nigerian midfielder put on a show that left opponents stunned, Footballrover reports.
His creative genius was the driving force behind both Fulham goals as they bounced back to winning ways after the narrow defeat to Sevilla five days ago.

The first half was a snoozefest until Iwobi injected a much-needed dose of excitement. In the 33rd minute, he produced a moment of pure magic.
With a perfectly weighted chipped pass that sliced through the Hoffenheim defence like a hot knife through butter, he set up Emile Smith Rowe for a cool finish.

Iwobi wasn’t done yet. Early in the second half, he unleashed a powerful drive that was only parried away by the Hoffenheim keeper.
The rebound evaded Rodrigo Muniz, but it was clear who the star of the show was.
His crowning moment arrived in the 59th minute.
With a surge of pace and a pinpoint diagonal pass, he found Adama Traoré, who held off his marker and calmly slotted home. Iwobi’s assist was a work of art.
Hoffenheim tried to mount a comeback, but Fulham’s Bernd Leno stood tall between the sticks.
However, it was Iwobi’s performance that stole the headlines.
Although Hoffenheim had better goal attempts and shots on goal, Alex Iwobi and his teammates still managed to dominate the game.
This is the kind of form that will strike fear into opponents as Fulham prepare to kick off their Premier League campaign against Manchester United at Old Trafford next Friday.
