Super Sub, E Hussein El-Shabat, scored two goals to guide his team, Al-Ahly to a 3-0 home victory against Al-Hilal Omdurman of Sudan in their Group B, Round 6, CAF Champions League match.Al-Ahly trounce Al-Hilal Omdurman of Sudan in CAF Champions League

El-Shabat, who came in to replace Ahmed Abdelkader in the 63rd minute of the second half, scored Al-Ahly’s second and third goals in the 64th and 81st minutes of the clash played in Cairo, Egypt.

Meanwhile, Kahraba had earlier given Al-Ahly the lead in the 25th minute of the first half of the match.

In the second Group B match played at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in South Africa, Mamelodi Sundowns managed to edge past the whipping team of Group B, Coton Sport of Cameroon, 2-1.

Coton Sport defender Marie Makong gave the hosts the lead in the 25th minute of the first half through an own goal.

Abubeker Nasser increased the tally to two for Mamelodi Sundowns in the 86th minute of the second half of the match.

Coton Sport reduced the tally to 1-2 in the sixth minute of the second half’s extra time through Moshood Kasali.

Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa is leading Group B with 14 points after six rounds of matches.

Al-Ahly of Egypt and Al-Hilal Omdurman of Sudan, are respectively second and third with 10 points after six group matches in the CAF Champions League.

Coton Sport of Cameroon are now at zero points after the six group matches.
