The quarter-final matches took place at various venues across the continent.

In Luanda, Angola, on Saturday, October 21, 2023, Mamelodi Sundowns FC, the South African league champions, defeated Angolan champions Atletico Petroleos de Luanda with a 2-0 scoreline.

On Sunday, October 22, 2023, at the same stadium, TP Mazembe, the champions of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s football league, secured a narrow 1-0 victory against Tunisian football giants, Esperance of Tunis.
Cheick Fofana scored the only goal of the match in the 12th minute of the first half, giving TP Mazembe the win.
