Pre-tournament favourites Morocco faced a spirited challenge from the DR Congo in Group F, Footballrover reports.

However, Silas Katompa Mvumpa’s 76th-minute equaliser, courtesy of Meschack Elias’ assist, stunned the Moroccan defence, forcing a 1-1 draw.
Despite the setback, Morocco maintains the Group F lead with 4 points, while DR Congo sits 2nd with 2 points.

Mali and Tunisia Share Spoils:
A heavyweight tussle in Group E saw Mali and Tunisia engage in a tactical battle that ended 1-1.
Mali drew first blood with Lassine Sinayoko’s 10th-minute opener, but Hamza Rafia’s quick response in the 20th minute brought Tunisia level.
The draw leaves Tunisia clinging to a single point after two matches, their qualification hopes hanging by a thread.

Mali, however, comfortably led the group with 4 points, followed by Namibia (3 points) and a winless South Africa.
