Super Falcons rising star, Abiodun Deborah, has taken to her social media page to share her excitement after leading her team, the Pittsburgh Panthers, to a 4-1 victory with an assist last weekend.

In the NCAA Women’s College Cup game, Abiodun Deborah provided an assist for the Panthers’ third goal, which helped them secure a crucial three points, Footballrover reports

She entered the match as a first-half substitute alongside Anna Bout, and together, they made a significant impact.

Initially, the game had a tense start, but Anna Bout scored the first goal for the Panthers, giving them an early lead at halftime.

However, Wake Forest managed to equalize 12 minutes into the second half.

Undeterred, the Pittsburgh Panthers continued to press forward, and Sarah Schupansky scored the second goal, thanks to an assist from Landy Mertz.

Then, Keera Melenhorst and Abiodun Deborah combined effectively, with Abiodun assisting Samiah Phiri in doubling the lead.

The Wake Forest team was caught off guard when Ellie Coffield scored the fourth goal, securing a 4-1 victory and three valuable points for the Panthers.

After the game, Abiodun Deborah, the Super Falcons midfielder, who now boasts three goals and one assist for her American Women’s College team, celebrated her team’s success on her social media page, writing,
